Confirmation of Order


One of the Portfolio of Fine Diamonds team at Lunn's will contact you by telephone, e-mail or by text message to confirm receipt of your order. We will also contact you to confirm the finger size of any ring, if applicable, together with the details of the despatch of your order and the date you can expect to receive it. We also include in all orders the Royal Mail Track & Trace number to enable you to easily track your order.


Ring Sizing


Portfolio of Fine Diamonds at Lunn's offer a free ring sizing service. On receipt of your order, you will be asked for the ring size.

If you know the size required, we will have your ring sized prior to despatch (please note, due to each ring being a one-off piece, this process may add a few days on to the despatch of the item. We will guide you through all of the relevant details when you place your order.)

If you do not know the size required, a free ring sizer is included with every order to facilitate you in finalising your ring size. Please return the ring to us by recorded and insured mail and we will arrange to have the ring sized and returned to you, again at no additional charge.

In the event that the ring cannot be sized to the correct size, we may need to manufacture a new ring for you. It may be necessary to source a new diamond to ensure we can fulfil the order and meet all of your requirements. We will keep you informed if this is the case and update you on a delivery date. If this does not suit, a refund or exchange of the ring can be requested, as set out in the terms of our Returns Policy.


Documents for Insurance


At Lunn's we also provide a document for insurance with every purchase. This should be forwarded to your insurance company.
